New Camera

My mom came back from korea on saturday night
with this, MOST AMAZING present ever!
A digital Camera!! and its soooo hothothot

A samsung VLUU i8 with crazy 8.2 mega pixels
and memory of 2G with mp3 and PMP. god i love it ><

And thats not it,
she still gave me extra 200bucks for taking care of my brother
and all that laundry. So it totally paid off!!

ZOMG
so i have a total of $335 to shop for this june's GreatSingaporeSale!!

Vivo

Shopping Shopping and more Shopping!

yeah, supposed to be, at least.

Woke up at 9:51 a.m. and freaked out real bad.

beeecause, i was supposed to meet the funniest bunch of ppl

at 11.30. In VIVOCITY! (fyi, my house is upp bukit timah)

Well, it seemed that i wasnt the only one late,

since i arrived pretty nicely at 11.45,

while chris, cheryl lin and kat arrived around 12.

We bought a tickets to watch...

Grrrrrreeeeat movie. super hilarious.

Its a very funny movie. go watch it. lololol

It was supposed to be a shopping day,

but thanks to my brother yelling at me on the phone,

I had to come home early.

Yr2 level camp 2008

- Laundry
Check.

-Dinner
Check.

Ok. So far no trouble.
Just cooked porridge for brother
containing (non-poisonous) sesame oil, salt, pepper and soy sauce.
plain, but considerably nice and little dishes to wash. hahaha

Camp was supposed to be fun.
*que: it was supposed to be.
frankly, the activities were pretty boring,
requiring little participation and too much patience.
the instructor was funny,
but too offensive, i even felt sorry for Ah Hua.
The Chalet was probably the best part,
great roommates (202) and AIR CONS!
but still, it was way to squeezy
with little or no gaps between the tinsy sleeping bags.
I wonder how the guys slept.

Vesak day?

Absence of mom = something you do not want to happen.

Waking up relaxingly at 1.16 p.m.
It sounded like a great day.

However, i was greeted good morning by
a pile of laundry from my brother,
who just came back from church camp the day before

and an empty fridge. with no breakfast to eat.

The rice cooker was also empty,
so i popped some rice and water into the damn thing
and pressed "cook" button. as simple as that.

Then, we went grocery shopping!

Went to shop&save in Westmall,
bought things like...
- Cornflakes
- Milk (for my brother)
- Cream of chicken (not mushroom)
- Strawberry flavoured yoghurt (ewww)
- and a packet of Gardendunnowhat bread.

Then, went to breadtalk,
to buy MY food, since half of what we've bought previously
are un-edible for me. hmm
Bought some fire floss (yummy)
and met my friend!!
who said: " Semi! You look like some auntie!!"

instead of a friendly hi!
Okay, I was looking abit sleepy and holding some shop-and-save
plastic bags, but that doesnt make me an auntie, does it! ><
Anyway, i laughed it off regardless of my boiling inside *ahem*
and the friend came over to my house!
LOL and helped with my ironing and laundries!

Cooked her dinner
consisting of screwed up rice (haha, the rice cooker. not my fault! |: )
and somethings i fixed from stuff chucked in the freezer
and she went home,
leaving me with a pile of dished to wash.
This is when i start to miss my 2 maids and 2 chauffeurs i left in indonesia.

Anyway, a note to mom who's having a week off from her tiring life;
"COME BACK MOMMY!!! T^T"

Mozilla

I've FINALLY downloaded mozilla firefox.
I'm using it without trouble so far,
but has no idea how to zoom in the page. somebody?

Horrendous morning today,
waking up at 10 a.m. found myself asleep on the sofa
with a wet laundry to hang in the washing machine
and my dinner on the coffee table.
The worst part, my choir *cough cough* practice
starts in 15 minutes.
perfect morning.

Called my choir teacher that i have a reeeaaally bad sore throat
and hanged my laundry,
didnt bother to iron my brother's shirt (ooops)
dumped my dinner through the rubbish chuite
(which stink really bad, by the way)
and showered, it was 11.15. freak.
my church starts at 11.30!!
ran down and took a damn fucking expesive benz cab,
enjoyed the smooth creamy(?!?!) comfort of the cab
and reached church narrowly at 11.34.
Thank god they started late.

Had lunch with dear friends.
Subway italian BMT with mayonnaise and sweet onion
just the way i like it, with double choc chip cookies. yummy.
Dessert in Starbucks of Mocha Frapp and cheesecake,
fell asleep in the aircon. Relaxed listening to music.

Oh well, maybe my day wasnt that bad. heehee!

Level Camp in 2 days!

Art Camp 2008

Tired. Dirty and Sweaty.
Fun. Exciting and Exhilarating.
Creepy. Disgusting and Humiliating.

This is how i'd describe this year's art camp.

I'm sorta a station master in vivo with sharmaine
so i'm slacking! haha xD
This is the second day of art camp,
super tiring, super scary and super FUN!!
This is probably the best camp EVERRR :D:D:D

Ok, yesterday, feeling reeeeeaaaaally high of achieving
my goal of the year, CAP of 4(to be more exact, 4.04),
I walked into the art room light heartedly.
We started off with a "I have never"
which is like everyone sit in a circle and the person in the middle
has to say something he/she has never done before.
Then, those sitting down who had done it before,
has to stand and switch places.
And as usual, me the blur queen = =
got caught for dunno-how-many times,
and i even fell with the chair BACKWARDS
while trying to chiong for the seat. nice.
Many secrets revealed, (no exactly)
such as,
- Fangyi kissed darren before *gasps*
- Yuxiang has never worn a bra and panty before
(sorta surpring)
- Sabrina was with mitchell before *faints*

Followed by poison ball which was weird and awful. ahem

Then the excos went to prepare dinner
which was STEAMBOAT!!!><
We defrosted the food and started making the soup
when the electric steamboats all fused.
everyone panicked as the art club members started gathering for dinner.

Then, it was the true time for bonding...

Yuxiang, surprisingly found out the cause of the damned problem,
which happened to be the damn toilet auntie
who dammitly closed off all the power cords in the canteen.
and locked the damned switch. = =

So, everyone started to look for an...alive plug.
and Sabrina and I did it. WE FOUND THE POWER POINT!

it was the one at the unity wall,
so we had to move the tables over to cook & eat the food.
Every single sould helped.
They paired up and carried the tables,
the seniors cut up all the foodstuff,
the guys carried the heavier stuff.
we cleaned up the mess,
and we cooked the best steamboat ever.
together as one,
just like unity board.

After that, there was a tepanyaki fiasco with darren and yuxiang,
but lets skip that..= =
(Pepper lunch, "Stop putting the damn SALT!!", Diarrhea, Overcooked chicken, Egg and the Egg noddle)

Then, It was the hide and seek time!!
It was super fun, super scary, super creepy and super thrilling,
and seriously, we should play this more often.
We played it till 12.30 a.m.
and showered.

Excos (Darren, Sabrina, Esther and I) and Yuxiang, Sharmaine, Shermaine & Huishi then gathered at the pitch dark netball court as it was time for... TRUTH OR DARE!!
haha we ended up doing just the dares,
and some disgusting examples are...

Darren: Do a striptease(just a shirt) in the middle of the netball court!
(Darren's a damn good stripper. LOL xD)
Yuxiang: Pose a Kissing scene with Esther.
(They were just 3 inched apart)
OH ANOTHER FREAKY ONE
He bit darren's ear. EW EW EW EWWWWWW
Sabrina: Massage Darren's legs! LOLOLOL
Esther: Sing "You Raise Me Up"; in Angela version. (act cute)
Sharmaine: Kiss Darren's hand. whoooooo
Shermaine: SUNSILK advertisement!! nice hair lady~
Semi: Catwalk across the netball court! and blow a kiss! (ew)
*The uncle at the apartment across the school.LOL*

HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA
anyway it was damn damn damn funny,
and we fell asleep watching stardust till 3 a.m. +
in the com edit lab with aircon and sleeping bags.

This art camp would forever be engraved in my memory. bleahh = =

mom's nagging beside me about how crazy my marks are
and how much i'm supposed to improve. further. wow
Its amazing how moms expect from the kids.

If u're no more a last in class,
they expect an above average.

If u get an above average marks
they expect a first in class.

If u get a first in class,
they expect a first in level.

If u get a first in level, well,
they expect a first in the nation!

Dont ask me whats after that.
I have no idea either.

My marks are all pretty depressing
except bio (55/65) and math (49/60)
Which arent that..Fantastic either. lol

Just to get over my Great Depression,
I watched She's the man which i borrowed ytd.
It was sooooooo damn hilarious i was laughing
even louder than when i stepped on someone's prototype *coughs*
ohmygod it was like the funniest movie i've ever watched!

"Do you like....erm...cheese??" ROFL

Anyways, just a delighting news that arrived just now.
They're giving extra 5 marks to my english marks!!
which makes it a.. B!! i think. lol
I hope my CA pulls me up real bad till, well, I get a overall B+! yay:D
Garh, i love tinsay wont i. Just kidding.

Anyways, my mom's questioning if this is our school website.LOL

FREEDOMMMMM

ok, i'm going to post a long one today xD
not so interesting, but i have picturessss ;))

On monday,
After the physics exam,
wenli and i headed to staaaarbucks!<3
Wenli had venti chocolate cream cheap with newyork cheescake,
I had grande hot mocha with newyork cheesecake-
which turned out really...disgusting.
you see, i'm used to sharing this overly-rich-and-creamy cheescake
with wenli, but that day, i just felt like one whole thing,
and i regret it deeply now. my poor six bucks poofed. ):

Anyway, we didnt mug much,
talked about ideal husbands (seriously!)
and who would make the ideal husbands,
and who would we date if we were guys.
and what would be the ideal family.
I know. we're sorta...too young.ha-ha-ha
But honestly, it was interesting,
cuz the ideal husbands, in my opinion,
wont make the ideal boyfriend(you get what i mean)
and the ideal wives, in my opinion,
wont make the ideal girlfriends.
hahaha i wont say who they are incase, *ahem*

Wenli stressed up with geog and messed up her hair.
See i told everyone not to take geog! xD
ended up this way. cute yeah? lololol
(wenli dun kill me for posting this.)
lol. wenli left at 5.30,
and i mugged math till 8? i think
and went home, feeling real nauseating in the mrt
thanks to this really smelly guy beside me and the cheesecake.

Math paper was fine except i didnt manage to do like,
2 questions? but i think i'll still get some working marks,
and other questions were okay...

After math paper, waited for wenli to finish geog,
and we went to ikea to mug! (with meatballs this time. mmmm)
But unfortunately, ikea's under maintainance. ONLY the restaurant.
It wont be open till halfway May, so people,
if you suddenly feel like their scrumptious meatballs,
wait till mother's day (11th May!) and bring your mom there. :D
i'm sure she'll be delighted. lol

so, as an alternative, we went to subway just across the road.
and i tell you what, the subway there is HORRIBLE.
Its small, dark, ingredients are not stocked properly, and the ppl isnt friendly.
But the toilets are wonderful. as in seriously!
their babysitting room thingy, THEY HAVE SOFA IN IT.
the walls are bloody pretty red,
the floor is carpeted, the sofa's leather...= =
Its nicer than my own room really!
gahh..anyway we camwhored in the toilet, (teehee!)

Then on wendesday, it was thee long awaited...
chem exam = = which i screwed up really badly.
chem suck chem suck chem suck!!!><
argh, and chem's like the most...essential, science. *cough cough*
After that was the ever-so-enjoyable english paper
(cue: the seriousness of my sarcasm)

Screwed english paper, although not as bad as chem,
Went to jurong library to mug,
but ended up reading books till like, 9?
then came home and slept:D

Reading day was a killer, cuz i slept till 3 p.m. *i know its crazy*
with absence of my mother and brother,
who had faithfully trusted that i wont sleep till after 10.
nehh, i'm so sorry to betray your trust mommy = =
you underestimated me.

I hadnt really touched bio, so i started chionging the damn 3 lectures,
drank 3 cups of starbucks expresso,
(which i get unlimited supplies of at home, thanks to my coffeeholic mom)
pulled out an all nighter (literally didnt sleep AT ALL)
and went to the bio exam.

It was okay, whether it was due to my efforts or the easiness of the paper,
but anyway, IT WAS FREEDOM!!
Had a short meeting for Youth For Causes,
and went to orchard with Stacy and michelle!:D

We went to gap first,
I chose clothes for stacy;
dark, purple tanktop and white stripy tanktop with faded skinny.
Stacy chose for wenli;
V-neck grey shirt with bootcut jeans. (unfair /:)
Michelle chose for me;
Skyblue and beigh TUBE dress that made me look as fat as ever,
Wenli chose for michelle;
Dark purple, ankle-length night gown.

Then went to topshop!
